My arrival was delayed by 1 night but they didn't charge me for it. The room was clean, well air conditioned and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. One morning I was in a rush to change some money before my day trip and they took me on the scooter to get me there fast. When I got back I had missed my pick up so they took me direct to the travel agency so I wouldn't miss it. Breakfast was included and quite nice. All the meals I had there were great. The WIFI in the room was poor although I was on the end room, but in the reception area it wasn't much good either. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

Vang Vieng is a funny old place if you're not a 19 year-old backpacker with a vodka in each hand, and I was glad we booked Inthira. It's on the edge of town but still walking distance to the main strip, so it's pretty quiet and (sorry this sounds horrible but it's true) the relatively high price keeps the partying gap year students away! Rooms were simple, stylish and clean and the cafe downstairs offered decent food options, both local and Western. Staff were helpful. To be honest though, Vang Vieng isn't really worth a stopover unless you're desperate to try tubing or the local magic mushrooms. It made me kind of embarrassed to be European.

The staffs spoken good english and assisted us with the booking for a tailored half day caving and tubing excursion! Nice rooms and comfy environment. We stayed in the superior room on the second floor. Will certainly recommend this hotel for a short stay!

lovely resort, more than what the average backpacker will pay but completley worth the extra kip. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly also helped with organising bus transfer to vietianne. Great place to stay highly recommend! Kevin, Australia, via Tripadvisor
We had a couple of nights here on our way from Luang Prabang to Ventiane. It is a pleasant hotel, clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. The outside bar and restaurant area front the street and is a pleasant place to sit and watch the world go by. It is just out of town, which is just as well as the centre rocks at night and is too noisy for us old fogies. Harley, USA
